GODPAUL Foundation is run by a seven-member Board of Directors by statute. The Board and its Chairperson are responsible for directing, managing and promoting the Foundation’s activities and all other related aspects.
The Executive Director is responsible for the organization and the management of the Foundation’s activities. He/she is appointed by the Board of Directors for a three-year renewable term.
The Head teacher is the School Director of St. Anthony Secondary School. He/she is responsible for directing, managing and promoting the school activities and all other related aspects.
The Medical Director will be the Health Facility Incharge and the head of Ebenezer Medical Centre. He/she will be a medical doctor by profession, appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for directing, managing and promoting the provision of quality health service and all other related aspects
